How much does it cost to list?

Listings are $300/year or $30/month. Your property goes live within 24 hours of approval. You only pay after we verify your listing.

How do guests book my property?

Guests click through to your Airbnb, VRBO, or booking link directly. We drive the traffic — you handle bookings on your preferred platform.

Do I need to be an Auburn alum?

We welcome anyone connected to the Family — alumni, current students, parents, and fans. Just tell us your Auburn connection when you apply.

Where do you promote listings?

Your property is featured on our site, through The Barn platform, podcasts, social media, and targeted travel alert emails to the Family.

Can I list multiple properties?

Yes! Each property is a separate listing. If you have multiple rentals, submit an application for each one.

How does "Near Me" work?

When fans allow location access, they see rentals sorted by proximity. We use your property's address (kept private) for geolocation matching.
